This workshop, developed by UNDP, with the support of the International IDEA and UNICEF South Asia, is open for everyone (more suitable for youth under the age of 35), regardless of your current knowledge of YPP.

This event is co-hosted by the government of Costa Rica, the government of Czechia, the Center on International Cooperation (CIC) at New York University, the World Health Organization (WHO), and International IDEA.
 

In 2024, with dozens of elections taking place worldwide and the U.S. election drawing near, the International and Comparative Law Program at GW Law is hosting a timely panel on democratic backsliding and the evolving role of international law in recent elections. This discussion will explore global challenges to democracy, the erosion of free and fair elections, and the legal frameworks that address these concerns.

International Democracy Day Brussels is an annual Brussels-based event organised each September to mark the UN International Day of Democracy. 

Since 2015, this event has been organised by a partnership of democracy organisations and think tanks, namely: European Network of Political Foundations (ENoP), European Endowment for Democracy (EED), the European Partnership for Democracy (EPD), International IDEA, and since 2020, Carnegie Europe.
