IMPORTANT NOTICE for users switching from V6 to V7
- The two versions are not compatible. Therefore models and back up file created with V6 can’t be used by V7. To upload data from V6 to V7, export as Excel, and then to paste manually in V7.
- V6 must be uninstalled for V7 to install.
Tip: Before uninstalling V6, save all your models and back-up V6. These an be restored using V6 at a later date.
Version 7 (Released: July 2016)
Once installed in Arabic, English or French, the user can switch the menu language to one of seven languages supported by Version 7: Arabic, English, French, Myanmar, Nepali, Russian and Thai. Start ERMTool and go to: File->Language and select. However, the content will remain in the language of installation and user will have to change/translate these texts manually.
For users switching to Myanmar, Nepal and Thai languages, International IDEA provides backup files that can be restored in order to import content in the respective languages. This must be done before any data is entered. Otherwise, you will lose data.
Instruction for restoring language content:
- Save one of the files below on your drive.
- Install the ERMTool and start the application.
- Go to: File->Language and select respective language.
- Go to: Admin->Data->Restore and locate and select the saved file on your drive.
အာရဗီဘာသာစကား၊ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာစကား သို့မဟုတ် ပြင်သစ်ဘာသာစကားတို့ဖြင့် Install လုပ်ပြီးပါက Menu Language အား Version 7 တွင် အသုံးပြုနိုင်သည့် ဘာသာစကား ၇ မျိုးထဲမှ တစ်မျိုးအားရွေးချယ်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သည့် ဘာသာစကား ၇ မျိုးတို့မှာ အာရဗီ၊ အင်္ဂလိပ်၊ ပြင်သစ်၊ မြန်မာ၊ နီပေါ၊ ရုရှားနှင့် ထိုင်းဘာသာစကားတို့ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ERMTool အားဖွင့်၍ File -> Language သို့သွားကာ ဘာသာစကားပြောင်းလဲအသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။ သို့ရာတွင် မာတိကာတွင်တော့ မိမိ Install ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့်ဘာသာစကားအတိုင်းပင် ပေါ်နေမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အသုံးပြုသူအနေဖြင့် အဆိုပါစာများအား မိမိကိုယ်တိုင် ဘာသာပြန်ဆို၍ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။ မြန်မာ၊ နီပေါနှင့် ထိုင်းဘာသာစကား တို့သို့ ပြောင်းလဲအသုံးပြုသူများအတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘာသာစကားများသို့ မာတိကာအား Import ပြုလုပ်ရန်အတွက် Restore ပြုလုပ်၍ရသည့် Backup File များအား International IDEA က ထောက်ပံ့ပေးထားပါသည်။ အဆိုပါကိစ္စအား Data ထည့်သွင်းခြင်းမပြုလုပ်မီ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မဟုတ်ပါက မိမိ၏ Data များအား ဆုံးရှုံးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဘာသာစကားမာတိကာအား Restore လုပ်နည်းလမ်းညွှန်
- အောက်တွင်ဖေါ်ပြထားသည့် File များထဲမှတစ်ခုအား မိမိ၏ Drive တွင် Save လုပ်ပါ။
- ERMTool အား Install ပြုလုပ်၍ Application အား ဖွင့်လှစ်ပါ။
- File -> Language သို့သွား၍ ဘာသာစကားတစ်ခုအား Select လုပ်ပါ။
- Admin -> Data -> Restore သို့သွား၍ မိမိ၏ Drive အတွင်းတွင် Save လုပ်ထားသည့် File အား ရှာဖွေ၍ Select လုပ်ပါ။
เมื่อก่อนโปรแกรมจะได้รับการติดตั้งเป็นภาษาอาราบิก ภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาฝรั่งเศส แต่ในเวอร์ชั่น 7 ผู้ใช้สามารถสับเปลี่ยนเมนูภาษาได้ถึง 7 ภาษา ได้แก่ ภาษาอาราบิก อังกฤษ ฝรั่งเศส เมียนมาร์ เนปาล รัสเซีย และไทย การเริ่มใช้โปรแกรม ERM tool ไปที่ File-> ภาษา (Language) และเลือก แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม เนื้อหาจะยังคงเป็นภาษา ที่ใช้ในการติดตั้ง และผู้ใช้จะต้องเปลี่ยน/แปลเนื้อหาเหล่านี้ตนเอง (Manual)
สำหรับผู้ใช้ที่จะเปลี่ยนเป็นภาษาเมียนมาร์ เนปาล และไทย ทาง International IDEA จะให้ไฟล์สำรอง (backup file) ซึ่งจะสามารถติดตั้ง (restored) เพื่อที่จะแสดงภาษาเฉพาะ ซึ่งจะต้องทำก่อนที่จะใส่ข้อมูล มิเช่นนั้นแล้วข้อมูลจะสูญหาย
คำแนะนำสำหรับการติดตั้งโปรแกรมภาษาสำหรับเนื้อหา :
- เก็บ (Save) ไฟล์ไว้ที่ไดร์ฟ (drive) ของท่าน
- ติดตั้งโปรแกรม ERM Tool และ เริ่มใช้แอปพริเคชั่น (application)
- ไปที่ File-> ภาษา (Language) และเลือกภาษาที่ท่านต้องการ
- ไปที่ Admin->Data (ข้อมูล) ->Restore (ติดตั้ง) และสร้าง และเลือกไฟล์ที่ได้เซฟไว้ที่ไดร์ฟของท่าน
