Fourth session of the Forum on Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law
In accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 28/14 and 46/4, the fourth
session of the Forum on Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law was held in Geneva
on 24 and 25 November 2022 on the theme “Strengthening democracies to build back better:
challenges and opportunities”. The present report contains a summary of the discussions held
and of the conclusions reached, and the recommendations of the Forum.
