Vasil Vashchanka is a consultant for international organizations on rule of law and electoral issues. He was as an adviser and Deputy Chief of Rule of Law at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) between 2002 and 2012. He also worked at International IDEA between 2012 and 2014, where his research focused on election administration and electoral dispute resolution. Vasil has participated in international election observation missions, contributed to expert reviews of electoral legislation, and authored publications on legal and electoral issues.
