Is the biometric data used in voter identification at polling stations?

Article29  of the Electoral Law states that a person whoregisters properly shall be issued a Voter Card that includes the person’sname, birthplace, the election post, registrationnumber, and signature or fingerprint. There is no technology used in collectingregistration data.
