If official election results processed by an electronic tabulation system, at which level results are entered into an electronic tabulation system?

Law on the Election of the Members of the NationalAssembly, art. 94 (2)

Art. 112- (new)

The NationalElection Committee shall collect and check all polling results and decide onthe results.

If there have beenno serious irregularities, the National Election Committee shall announce itsrecognition of the election results.

If there areserious irregularities that affect the results of the election, the NationalElection Committee shall refuse to recognize the results of the polling stationor the polling stations concerned and inform the political parties accordingly.In these cases, a re-election shall be organized for this polling station orthese stations within eight (8) days as the latest from the decision.

Art. 113-

After checking anddeciding the results of the election, the National Election Committee shallpublish the provisional result.
