PART XI—COMPLAINTS ANDAPPEALS
On hearinga petition under subsection (1), the High Court –
(a) Shall subject to subsection 3, make such order or orders as it thinksfit
(b) In its absolute discretion, mayor may not condemn any to pay cost in accordance with its own assessment of themerits of the complaint.
Comment
No filing fee or deposit if the case islodged to the MEC but if it is an appeal to the High Court, the High Court inits absolute discretion may or may not condemn any party to pay cost inaccordance with its own assessment of the merits of the complaint.
