Article 95
Voting shall be accomplished in serenity. The entry of voters in the voting room with a weapon is prohibited. The vote is unique: the voter can have only one envelope. The vote is secret. The use of the booth is mandatory; Voters are removed from public view to insert the envelope with the ballot of their choice. Unused ballots must be abandoned in the locations provided for this purpose in the voting booth.
