If the EMB uses technology to collect voter registration data, is biometric data captured and used during registration?

In fulfilment of this function the EBC adopted a Biometric Voter Registration System for the registration of voters for the 2013 National Elections. The use of the biometric system of registration enabled the EBC to capture a photo and finger print biometrics of each voter.
