Section 21 – A person is qualified to be treated as a foreign service elector at any election in any constituency who is a qualified person and is
(a) serving abroad as the head of a Mission or a member of the staff of a Mission;
(b) a member of the household of a person mentioned in paragraph (a).
Comment
Representation of the People Act 1971 was amended several times (e.g. see 2015 amendment), however the Article 21 was in the original 1971 text and has never been amended since.
