Vinaisi Dilikuwai is the Programme Associate in Fiji, providing programmatic and administrative support for International IDEA’s initiatives in Fiji. She assists in the implementation of donor-funded and core-funded projects, ensuring project objectives are met while supporting partners in their activities. She also contributes to donor reporting, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination.

She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Climate Change from the University of the South Pacific and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Studies from Auckland University of Technology. 
 

Her expertise is in project coordination, donor project management, Climate Change Adaptation, Stakeholder engagement. Her language skills are English and Fijian.
