Amendments to Article 19: 

"In Article 19: the second part after the word “referendum” shall be supplemented with the words “based on the data of the state information system “Population Register” and (or) other databases”;"

Amendments to Article 20: 

"Part three of Article 20 shall be deleted."

Article 19: Lists of Citizens Having the Right to Participate in Elections and the Procedure of Their Compiling and Article 20: Procedure of Including the Citizens Eligible to Vote in Lists

The Electoral Code of Belarus was amended on January 30th, 2023. The new amendment removed an earlier provision that governed the voting process for citizens residing abroad. Please feel free to look at 'Source' to find more information.
