Pauline is an intern at the Climate Change and Democracy Team. Pauline is studying Public Administration and Policy, M.A. at the University of Potsdam, Germany. She is interning with International IDEA as part of the German Academic Exchange Service's (DAAD) Carlo Schmid Programme.

During her studies, Pauline was involved in a pilot project on sortition-based citizens' councils at the local level in Germany and in the Research Cluster on Climate Policy and Politics at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs.
