Article L123: Deputies are elected by uninominal majority ballot in two rounds.

Article L124: Voting takes place by constituency.

Article L126: No one is elected in the first ballot if he has not met:

1° an absolute majority of the votes cast;

2° a number of votes equal to one quarter of the number of registered voters.

In the second round, a relative majority suffices.

In the event of a tie, the oldest candidate is elected.
