Political funding legislation quota details

The annual amount of credits allocated to the financing of political parties is divided into four fractions:

- a fourth fraction equal to 10% of the credits is intended to finance political parties in proportion to the number of women elected at the rate of 5% for deputies and 5% for municipal councillors. (Article 29 - Political Parties Law)
