9. If the (vacant seat of) female member of the representative body of the municipality - the Sakrebulo was elected by a party list, her place is taken by a female candidate for membership of the next Sakrebulo on the same party list within 2 weeks, and if the (vacant seat of) male member of the representative body of the municipality - the Sakrebulo was elected by the party list, his place is taken within 2 weeks, the term is filled by a candidate for the membership of the next Sakrebulo on the same party list. If the submitted party list does not include a suitable candidate for the membership of the City Council provided for in this paragraph, the mandate will be cancelled.(Article 203.1)
