Political funding legislation quota details

Any political party or coalition whose list includes a minimum of 50% of women candidates, during the elections provided for in Article 2 of this law, shall receive additional public funding. (Gender Quota Law, Article 4)

The modalities of benefiting from the additional public subsidy for the financing of political parties or coalition are fixed by decree. (Gender Quota Law, Article 5)
