Art. 13.- Ecuadorians abroad have the right to elect the president and vice president of the Republic, Andean parliamentarians, counselors of the Council of Citizen Participation and Social Control, national assembly members and assembly members of the foreign constituency, through the mechanisms determined in this law and other applicable regulations and may be elected for any position with the requirements established by this law.
