58. What sanctions are provided for political finance infractions?

[Art. 76j Strafbestimmungen
1 Mit Busse bis zu 40 000 Franken wird bestraft, wer vorsätzlich:
a. eine Pflicht zur Offenlegung nach den Artikeln 76b–76d verletzt;
b. eine Pflicht nach Artikel 76h Absätze 3–5 verletzt.
2 Die Strafverfolgung obliegt den Kantonen.]

"A fine of up to 40,000 francs shall be imposed on anyone who wilfully:
a. fails to comply with a duty of disclosure under Articles 76b–76d;
b. fails to comply with an obligation under Article 76h paragraphs 3–5.
2 The cantons are responsible for prosecution."
