(1) The Registrar shall oversee the overall administration and the implementation of this Act.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Registrar shall—
(o) register, regulate, monitor and investigate political parties to ensure compliance with this Act.

Comment
The registrar of political parties is mandated with the legal duty to investigate political parties' malpractices and impose sanctions accordingly.
