23. Is there a ban on political parties engaging in commercial activities?

(4) A political party may perform any lawful activities for the purpose of raising funds for the party. Section 27, Political Parties Act (No. 1 of 2018).

All political parties can engage in any legal commercial activity to generate funds for running their party.
