13. Is there a ban on the use of state resources in favour or against a political party or candidate?

(1) Except as authorized under this Act or any other written law, a political party, a candidate or any other person shall not use public resources for the purpose of election campaign.

No corporation or agency with any government ownership is allowed to donate to any political party or use its resources to advance a political party or candidate's manifesto unless otherwise provided in the electoral laws.
