58. What sanctions are provided for political finance infractions?

41.1.Нам энэ хуулийн 39.6-д заасан хугацаанд алдаа, зөрчлөө арилгаж, санхүүгийн тайлангаа шинэчлэн ирүүлээгүй бол сонгуулийн төв байгууллага тухайн намд энэ хуулийн 27.5-д заасан төрийн санхүүжилтийн /С1 х Т1/ хэсгийг дараагийн жилд олгохгүй. 

42.1.Нам энэ хуулийн 34.5.3-т заасны дагуу хандивыг шилжүүлээгүй бол тухайн нам хууль бусаар авсан хандивыг хоёр дахин өсгөсөн дүнгээр сонгуулийн төв байгууллагад төлнө. Ийнхүү төлөх шийдвэрийг сонгуулийн төв байгууллага гаргана.

Law on Political Party 41.1. If the party did not eliminate the errors and discrepancies within the timeframe as specified in Article 39.6 of this law and submit a revision of its report, the Central Election Body shall not grant the /C1 x T1/ part of the public funding as specified in Article 27.5 of this law to the party in the following year. 
Law on Political Party 42.1. If a party fails to transfer the donations as specified in Article 34.5.3 of this law, the respective party shall pay double the amount of the donations received illegally to the Central Election Body. The Central Election Body shall issue such decision to pay.
