56. Which institution(s) is responsible for examining financial reports and/or investigating violations?

39.1.Сонгуулийн төв байгууллага намын санхүүгийн тайланг хүлээн авч энэ хуульд заасан шаардлагад нийцсэн эсэхийг хянах бөгөөд энэ хуулийн 38.10-т заасан аудитын тайланг харгалзан үзнэ.

39.4.Энэ хуульд заасны дагуу намын санхүүгийн тайланг сонгуулийн төв байгууллага хүлээн авч хянаад жил бүрийн 04 дүгээр сарын 05-ны өдрийн дотор Төрийн аудитын байгууллагад дүгнэлт гаргуулахаар хүргүүлнэ.

Law on Political Party 39.1. The Central Election Body shall receive the financial statements of a party and review whether they meet the requirements specified in Article 38.10 of this law and shall take the audit report into consideration. The Central Election Body shall receive and review the financial statement of a party as specified in this law and shall submit it to the State audit authority within 5th April every year to get a conclusion.
