55. Which institution(s) receives financial reports from political parties and/or candidates?

38.1.Нам жилийн эцсийн санхүүгийн тайлангаа жил бүрийн 03 дугаар сарын 15-ны өдрийн дотор Аудитын тухай хуульд заасан шаардлагыг хангасан аудитын хуулийн этгээдээр дүгнэлт гаргуулан аудит хийсэн санхүүгийн тайланг сонгуулийн төв байгууллагад хүргүүлнэ. 

39.1.Сонгуулийн төв байгууллага намын санхүүгийн тайланг хүлээн авч энэ хуульд заасан шаардлагад нийцсэн эсэхийг хянах бөгөөд энэ хуулийн 38.10-т заасан аудитын тайланг харгалзан үзнэ. 

Law on Political Party 38.1. A party shall have its annual financial statement audited within 15th March every year by an auditing legal entity which meets the requirements set forth in the Law on Audit and shall submit the financial statement which has been audited to the Central Election Body. 
Law on Political Party 39.1. The Central Election Body shall receive the financial statements of a party and review whether they meet the requirements specified in Article 38.10 of this law and shall take the audit report into consideration.
