57.1.Сонгуулийн зардлын тайланд орлого ба зарлагын мэдээллийг бүрэн тусгана.

57.4.Зардлын тайланг дараах үзүүлэлтээр гаргана:
57.4.1.сонгуулийн зардлын дансанд орсон орлогын нийт хэмжээг энэ хуулийн 49.2-т заасан хөрөнгийн эх үүсвэр болон гүйлгээ тус бүрээр;
57.4.2.хандивлагч иргэн, хуулийн этгээдийн энэ хуулийн 54.4-т заасан мэдээлэл болон хандивын хэмжээ, хэлбэр;
57.4.3.зарлагын ангилал, гүйцэтгэл, гэрээний хамт;
57.4.4.үлдэгдлийн хэмжээ, байршил;
57.4.5.сонгуулийн зардлын данснаас зарлага гаргаж эхлэхийн өмнөх мөнгөн хөрөнгийн хэмжээ.

Law on Political Party 36.4. The following items shall be recorded in expenses:
        36.4.1. salary;
        36.4.2. current expenses;
        36.4.3. costs for the activities specified in Article 26.3.1 of this law;
        36.4.4. costs for the activities specified in Article 26.3.2 of this law;
        36.4.5. costs for the activities specified in Article 26.3.3 of this law;
        36.4.6. costs for the activities other than those specified in Articles 36.4.3, 36.4.4 and 36.4.5 of this law;
        36.4.7. election expenses;
        36.4.8. property use expenses;
        36.4.9. other expense; and
        36.4.10. total expenses specified in Articles 36.4.1, 36.4.2, 36.4.3, 36.4.4, 36.4.5, 36.4.6, 36.4.7,36.4.8 and 36.4.9 of this law. 

Law on Parliamentary Election 57.1. Report on election expenses shall consist of the full income and expense report. 57.4. A report on election expenses shall be prepared as per the following benchmarks:
57.4.1. the total income to the election expense account by the source of each funding and transaction as specified in Article 49.2 of this law; 
57.4.2. information of the citizen and legal entity donator specified in Article 54.4 of this law and amount, type of donation; 
57.4.3. classification and performance of withdrawals along with contracts; 
57.4.4. amount and location of remaining;
57.4.5. amount of cash before making withdrawals from the election expenses account.
