52. Must reports from political parties and/or candidates reveal the identity of donors?

36.7.Намын хандивыг дараах үзүүлэлтээр бүртгэнэ:
36.7.1.намын дансанд төвлөрүүлсэн нийт хандивын хэмжээ, хандивлагчийн тоо;
36.7.2.хандивлагч иргэний ургийн овог, эцэг /эх/-ийн нэр, өөрийн нэр, оршин суугаа газрын хаяг, хандивын хэмжээ, хэлбэр, мөнгөн бус хандивын үнэлгээ;
36.7.3.хандивлагч хуулийн этгээдийн нэр, оршин байгаа газрын хаяг, гүйцэтгэх удирдлагын ургийн овог, эцэг /эх/-ийн нэр, өөрийн нэр, хандивын хэмжээ, хэлбэр, мөнгөн бус хандивын үнэлгээ.
 

43.8.Намын санхүүгийн тайлан болон үйл ажиллагааны товч тайлан, харьцуулсан товч мэдээллийг нийтлэхдээ хандивлагч иргэний ургийн овог, эцэг /эх/-ийн нэр, өөрийн нэр, эсхүл хуулийн этгээдийн нэр, оршин байгаа аймаг, сум, багийн, эсхүл нийслэл, дүүрэг, хорооны нэр, дугаарыг нийтэлнэ. 
 

58.1.Төрийн аудитын дээд байгууллага зардлын тайланг хүлээн авсан өдрөөс хойш 60 хоногийн дотор хянаж, дүнг нийтэд мэдээлэх бөгөөд нэг сая ба түүнээс дээш төгрөгийн хандив өгсөн иргэн, хоёр сая ба түүнээс дээш төгрөгийн хандив өгсөн хуулийн этгээдийг нийтэд мэдээлнэ.

Law on Political Party 36.7. Donations to a party shall be recorded according to the following indicators:
36.7.1. the total amount of donations deposited to the account of a party and the number of donors;
36.7.2. family name, surname and first name of the donor citizen, residential address, donation amount, [donation] form, and value of in-kind/non-monetary donation; and
36.7.3. name and address of the donor legal entity, family name, surname and first name of the executive director, donation amount, [donation] form, and value of in-kind/non-monetary donation. 

Law on Political Party 43.8. When publishing the financial statement, brief activity report and brief comparative information of a party, the donor citizens’ family name, surname, first name or the donor legal entity’s name, name and number of the residential province, soum, bagh or city, district, khoroo shall be published. 

Law on Parliamentary Election 58.1. State audit high authority shall review and make the statement on election expenses public within 60 days after the day it receives the report, and shall publicly disclose the citizen who made donations of one million tugriks or more, and legal entities who made donations of two million tugriks or more.
