42. If there are limits on the amount a candidate can spend, what is the limit?

50.2.Сонгуулийн зардлын дээд хэмжээ тогтоох аргачлал нь сонгуулийн зардлыг бууруулахад чиглэх бөгөөд сонгуулийн нутаг дэвсгэрийн хэмжээ, байршил, өрхийн болон сонгогчийн тоо, энэ хуульд заасан бусад шаардлагад үндэслэнэ. Law on Parliamentary Election 50.2 The methodology to set the maximum amount of election expenditure shall be to reduce election expenditure and shall be based on the size of the election territory, location, number of households and voters and other requirements set forth in this Law.
