35. Are there provisions for any other form of indirect public funding?

42.1.Тойрогт нэр дэвшигчдийн зурагт хуудсыг байрлуулсан нэгдсэн самбар /цаашид “нэгдсэн самбар” гэх/-ыг сум, дүүргийн Засаг дарга дараах шаардлагын дагуу бэлтгэж, байршуулах ажлыг зохион байгуулна.

44.3.Дараах байгууллага, хуулийн этгээд сонгуулийн уулзалт, хурал, цуглаан хийхэд нь зориулж өөрийн эзэмшиж байгаа соёлын төв, биеийн тамирын болон хурлын заал, бусад байр, танхимыг үнэ төлбөргүй ашиглуулах үүрэгтэй:

44.3.1.төрийн болон нутгийн өөрөө удирдах байгууллага;

44.3.2.төрийн болон орон нутгийн өмчит хуулийн этгээд;

44.3.3.төрийн болон орон нутгийн өмчийн 51 хувь ба түүнээс дээш оролцоотой хуулийн этгээд.

Law on Parliamentary Election 42.1. The soum and/or district Governor shall prepare and organize the placing of the integrated billboards /hereinafter referred to as “integrated billboards”/ of candidates running for election district according to the following requirements: 42.1.3. unified billboards of up to two in soum, up to five in aimag and up to four in khoroo shall be placed based on the number of voters free of charge. 
Law on Parliamentary Election 44.3. The following authorities or legal entities are obligated to allow the use of a cultural centre, sports or meeting hall or other facilities of its own for holding a meeting, forum, or gathering with voters free of charge:
        44.3.1. a state or local self-governing authority;
        44.3.2. a state or local government-owned legal entity;
        44.3.3. legal entity with 51 or more percent state or local government-owned.
