30. What is the allocation calculation for political parties to receive public funding?

27.1.Улсын Их Хурлын ээлжит, эсхүл ээлжит бус сонгуулиар сонгогчдын нэрийн жагсаалтад бүртгэгдсэн нийт сонгогч /цаашид "нийт сонгогч" гэх/-ийн тоог нэг сарын хөдөлмөрийн хөлсний доод хэмжээний 0.7 хувиар үржүүлснээс илүүгүй төгрөгийг улсын
төсвөөс намуудад энэ хуульд заасны дагуу хуваарилах замаар төрийн санхүүжилт олгоно.

27.3.Нийт сонгогчийн нэг ба түүнээс дээш хувийн санал авсан намд төрийн санхүүжилт олгоно.

Law on Political Party 27.1. Public funding shall be provided through allocation of tugriks in the amount equal to multiplication of no more than 0.7 percent of the minimum monthly wage by the total number of voters registered in the voter’s list /hereinafter referred to as “total voters”/ in the regular or irregular election of the Parliament (State Great Khural) to political parties in accordance with this law. Law on Political Party 27.3. The parties that have received votes of 1 or more percent of the total voters shall receive public funding.
