28. Are there provisions for direct public funding to political parties?

26.2.Монгол Улсын Үндсэн хуулийн Арван ес 1дүгээр зүйлийн 3 дахь хэсэгт заасны дагуу төрөөс намд үзүүлэх санхүүгийн дэмжлэг нь энэ хуулийн 27 дугаар зүйлд заасны дагуу олгох төрийн санхүүжилт болон энэ хуулийн 30 дугаар зүйлд заасны дагуу төрөөс үзүүлэх шууд бус дэмжлэгээс бүрдэнэ.

Law on Political Party 26.2. The financial assistance provided by the state to a party as specified in Article 191.3 of the Constitution of Mongolia shall consist of the public funding to be provided under Article 27 of this law and an indirect assistance by the state to be provided under Article 30 of this law.
