27. Are there provisions requiring donations to go through the banking system?

33.2.Иргэний болон хуулийн этгээдийн мөнгөн хандивыг зөвхөн данснаас дансанд шилжүүлэх хэлбэрээр намын дансанд хүлээн авах бөгөөд бэлэн мөнгөөр хандив авахыг хориглоно. Гишүүний татвар болон хандивыг нэг харилцах дансанд байршуулна.

54.2.Иргэн, хуулийн этгээдээс нам, эвсэлд, эсхүл сонгуулийн тойрогт нэр дэвшигчид зардлын данс нээсэн өдрөөс хойш сонгуулийн үйл ажиллагаанд нь зориулан энэ хуулийн 54.1-т заасан хэмжээнээс хэтрүүлэхгүйгээр сонгуулийн зардлын дансанд хандив өгч болно.

Law on Political Party 33.2 Monetary donations from individuals and legal entities shall be received only in the form via a transaction from a bank account to the party’s bank account and cash donations are prohibited. Membership fees and donations shall be deposited in one bank account. Law on Parliamentary Election 54.2 A citizen or a legal entity may donate to a party, coalition or candidate of an election district after the date election expenses account is opened without exceeding the amount set forth in Article 54.1 of this law for their election activities.
