26. Is there a ban on donors to political parties/candidates participating in public tender/procurement processes?

While there are two articles that touch upon this point (i.e., the 34.6.9 and 34.8 provisions from the law on Political Parties), they cannot be considered regulatory in this section since they do not explicitly address public tender/procurement processes. In Mongolia, researchers and experts consistently recommend regulating this area. However, to date, no ban has been included in the latest laws.
