15. If there is a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during a non-election specific period, what is the limit?

Law on Political Party 33.5. Donations made by Mongolian citizens and legal entities to one party within one year shall not exceed the amount specified in Articles 33.6 and 33.7 of this law. The amount of the donation made to a party shall consist of the sum of donations made to the party, its branches and structural units. (33.6. It is prohibited for the maximum amount of donation to be received from one citizen per year to be more than 12 times the minimum monthly wage. 33.7.
