Las radioemisoras y televisoras otorgarán a todos los candidatos y partidos un beneficio único, igual y lineal del 20% de descuento en las tarifas de compras regulares publicadas por cada medio al 31 de diciembre del año anterior a su aplicación.

Article 266:
Radio and television stations will grant all candidates and parties a unique, equal, and linear benefit of a 20% discount on the regular purchase rates published by each medium as of December 31 of the previous year of its application.

Political parties have the right to discounted access to television and radio. There is a 20% of discount on the regular purchase rates published by each medium as of December 31 of the year prior to its application.
