Offences related to sources of funds
Subject to subsection (6), no person or organisation shall, in any one year, contribute to a political party an amount, whether in cash or in kind exceeding five percent of the total expenditure of the political party.

Comment

A single donor cannot contribute more than 20% of a candidates total kitty.
