1. Valstybės biudžeto asignavimai politinėms partijoms nustatomi kiekvienų metų valstybės biudžeto ir savivaldybių biudžetų finansinių rodiklių patvirtinimo įstatyme ir skiriami per Vyriausiosios rinkimų komisijos vykdomą atskirą biudžeto programą.

State budget appropriations for political parties shall be determined in the Law on the Approval of the Financial Indicators of the State Budget and Municipal Budgets for each year and shall be allocated through a separate budget program implemented by the Central Electoral Commission.
