23. Is there a ban on political parties engaging in commercial activities?

Politinės organizacijos turi teisę verstis leidybos, spaudos ir atributikos platinimo, nuosavybės teise priklausančio turto valdymo, naudojimo ir disponavimo juo, politinių ir kultūrinių renginių (paskaitų, parodų ir kitų) organizavimo ir kita veikla. Iš šiame straipsnyje nurodytos veiklos gautos lėšos gali būti naudojamos tik politinės organizacijos įstatuose nurodytiems politinės organizacijos veiklos tikslams.

Political organizations have the right to engage in publishing, distribution of press and paraphernalia, management, use and disposal of property, organization of political and cultural events (lectures, exhibitions and others) and other activities. Funds obtained from those activities may be used only for the purposes of the political organization's activities specified in the statutes of the political organization.
