Constitution, 1973

57.-(1) The executive authority of Grenada isvested in Her Majesty.

(2) Subject to the provisions of this Constitution, the executive authority of Grenada may be exercised on behalf ofHer Majesty by the Governor-General either directly or through officers subordinate to him.

(3) Nothing in this section shall prevent Parliament from conferring functions on persons or authorities other than the Governor-General.

58.-(1)There shall be a Prime Minister of Grenada, who shall be appointed by the Governor-General.
