If official election results processed by an electronic tabulation system, at which level results are entered into an electronic tabulation system?

There are two EMBs in Timor-Leste: First is STAE, which administers electoral process and, second is CNE, which is supervisory body. STAE handles counting of the votes at the polling station level and also conducts tabulation of provisional results at the municipality level. CNE conducts the national tabulation before handing over results to the Supreme Tribunal Justice to validate and announce the results.
