21. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to political parties?

"Donaciones., Los registros a que hacen referencia los artículos 15 y 16 de este Decreto incluirán los aportes propios y las donaciones en especie.
Las donaciones en especie deberán estar sustentadas con su correspondiente factura de compra o comprobante emitido por el donante. En caso de que el candidato o partido no pueda aportar esta documentación, el Tribunal Electoral le asignará el valor que le corresponda de acuerdo con una matriz de precios elaborada por la Autoridad de Protección al Consumidor y aprobada por el Tribunal Electoral previa consulta con el Consejo Nacional de Partidos Políticos."

Art 17: The records referred to in Articles 15 and 16 of this Decree shall include own contributions and donations in kind. 
Donations in kind must be supported by their corresponding purchase invoice or proof sent by the donor. In the event that the candidate or party is unable to provide this documentation, the Electoral Tribunal will assign the corresponding value according to a price matrix prepared by the Consumer Protection Authority and approved by the Electoral Tribunal after consultation with the National Council of Political Parties.  ´´
