33. What criteria determine allocation for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

The principle of equity in the distribution and the order of broadcasting time devoted to the political parties participating in the elections  is assessed on the basis of the representativeness of these parties within the two chambers of Parliament.

Are fixed by decree taken on the proposal of the governmental authorities in charge of the interior, justice and communication, the airtimes, the conditions, the methods and the procedure for determining the order of these airtimes whether with regard to interventions, statements, special broadcasts.
