27. Are there provisions requiring donations to go through the banking system?

Art. 91. - Any donation whose amount is greater than a thousand dinars (1.000 DA) must be paid by check, transfer, automatic debit or credit card

Art. 96. - Any candidate for the presidential election and all list of candidates for the legislative election are required to open and hold an election campaign account.                                                                                                                     

Art. 62. -The political party is required to have an account opened with a national banking or financial institution, at its headquarters or at its branches located on national territory.
