22. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to candidates?

It is not specified by the law yet Articles 89 and 90 are applied. Donations are capped by natural person to four hundred thousand dinars (400,000 DA) for elections legislative and six hundred thousand dinars (600,000 DA) for presidential elections. These ceilings can be updated every three (3) years by regulation.
Donation from Algerian citizens living abroad can not exceed, by natural person, the equivalent of four hundred thousand dinars (400.000 DA) for Legislative elections and six hundred thousand dinars (600,000 DA) for presidential elections.
