52. Must reports from political parties and/or candidates reveal the identity of donors?

The presidential election candidate and the candidate mandated by the party or by the candidates of the list independent in the legislative elections, are required to Communicate to the Financing Control Commission accounts of election campaigns, the list of donors and the amount of donations.
