Except against legislative provisions, it is prohibited use for purposes of electoral propaganda, goods or means of a public or private legal person, institution or public body.     It is prohibited for propaganda election, use, in any form whatsoever, places of worship, institutions and public administrations, as well as educational, teaching institutions and training, regardless of their nature or belonging. The use of goods or means of administration or public goods for the benefit of a party political, candidate or list of candidates, is punished with a imprisonment of six (6) months to three (3) years and a fine of 6,000 DA to 60,000 DA..
