32. Are there provisions for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

"Airtime in respect of Party Election Broadcasts (PEBs) shall be allocated by the Authority to the registered political parties contesting the national and provincial elections on the basis of the respective formulae set out in Annexure A of these Regulations."
