7. Is there a ban on anonymous donations to political parties?

Political party campaign funding 

70 (2) A source of funds or donation exceeding M200,000 or such amount as the Commission may, by notice published in the Gazette, determine, shall, within a period of 7 days of its receipt, be disclosed to the Commission by the Treasurer of the political party concerned.
