49. Do candidates have to report on their election campaign finances?

Political parties and groups and candidates to participate in the elections are obliged to transparently and in a transparent manner with all expenses and expenses related to their election activities and campaign expenses and the sources of financing these expenses and the amount of cash and non-cash financial aid received. Observe the observance of standard accounting methods in the election financial system, so that through the commission of Article (10) of the Law on the Activities of Political Parties and Groups and Executive Boards and Supervision, as available, audits and reviews.
