The Transparency, Supervision, and Financing of Parliament (Majles) Election Activities Law (Art. 65(8) 

Public resources and facilities that are allowed to be used in accordance with this law and other related laws for election activities and campaigning, such as meeting halls, advertising installations, and television documentaries.
